Delegate fees are payable online by credit card. The fee per delegate is
$675. The fee includes attendance at working sessions, all materials, Welcome Reception, continental
breakfasts, lunches and refreshment breaks.
A subsidized subscription of $75/person (including for accompanying
persons) will be charged for the Closing Reception and Dinner. (All figures are in Canadian dollars.)
Accompanying persons are invited to attend the Welcome Reception at no charge. We ask delegates to
indicate whether they will be bringing a guest to the Welcome Reception.

Substitutions/Refunds and Program Changes
Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute, a full refund (less
$50 administration fee) is available if a cancellation request is received in writing by April 4, 2009. No other
refund is available. .
Program changes may be necessary with little or no notice. In the event of program cancellation, liability is
limited to reimbursement of paid fees. |
